Well, anyone who knows me or reads my journal knows a general reason of why I've been away for a bit.
Technically I still am.
But I had an assignment for my Photoshop class and thought that it turned out really really well. So I wanted to post it here too.
I had a LOT of help from fellow artists here on DA:
First of all, and most importantly, the line art is by

Wood grain for the Skate board-

Denim pattern for jeans-

Grunge for the background-

And the camo came from [link] a google image

You should use more (darker) shades like in the original. But I guess you wanted it to look more cartoonish?
